If a problem directly related to the service provided is identified within the timelines outlined below, we commit to resolving the situation within a reasonable timeframe, at no additional cost, depending on the nature of the service performed.

We offer a 14-day gutter cleaning guarantee to allow time for the next rain to confirm that water is flowing properly. If a blockage related to our work is identified during this period, we will return to inspect and resolve the issue.

We offer a 7-day window washing guarantee. This timeframe allows customers to confirm if any marks, streaks, or oversights caused by our technician remain after the service. If this is the case, we will return to make the necessary corrections.

We offer a 3-year roof cleaning guarantee. If abnormal regrowth of treated moss, algae, or other debris occurs within this timeframe and affects the area cleaned by our company, we will respond in accordance with our guarantee terms.

We offer a 1-year ALL-IN-ONE exterior cleaning service guarantee. If an abnormally unsatisfactory result or an issue directly related to our cleaning reappears on the treated surfaces within this timeframe, we will return to assess the situation and make the necessary corrections when covered by the guarantee. However, the appearance of new spider webs after the service does not qualify as a warranty return request. Spider webs can quickly reappear after washing, as this is a natural outdoor phenomenon beyond our control. For customers looking to limit their reappearance, there are specialized spider web treatments we recommend applying after cleaning.

This warranty only covers issues directly related to the quality of our work. It does not cover normal wear and tear, new accumulations of dirt, pollen, dust, or debris after the service, weather conditions, structural issues, material defects, faulty installations, or any situation beyond our control.

All warranty service requests must be reported within the applicable timeframe for the relevant service.
