At Entretiens GH Pro, we prioritize the quality of our work. If a problem directly related to the service provided is identified within the timelines outlined below, we will correct the situation within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost, based on the nature of the service performed.

We offer a 14-day gutter cleaning guarantee, to allow time for a subsequent rainstorm to confirm that water is flowing properly. If a blockage related to our work is identified during this period, we will return to inspect and resolve the issue.

We offer a 7-day window washing guarantee. This timeframe allows customers to check for any marks, streaks, or oversights left by our technician after the service. If so, we will return to make any necessary corrections.

We offer a 3-year roof cleaning guarantee. If abnormal regrowth of treated moss, algae, or other debris occurs within this timeframe and affects the area cleaned by our company, we will address the issue in accordance with our guarantee terms.

We offer a 1-year ALL-IN-ONE exterior siding cleaning service guarantee. If an abnormally poor cleaning result or an issue directly related to our work reappears on the treated surfaces within this timeframe, we will return to assess the situation and make any necessary corrections covered under the guarantee. However, the appearance of new spider webs after the service does not qualify as a warranty return request. Spider webs can quickly reappear after washing, as this is a natural outdoor phenomenon outside of our control. For customers looking to limit spider web reappearance, we recommend applying specialized spider web treatments after the cleaning.

This guarantee only covers issues directly related to the quality of our work. It does not cover normal wear and tear, new accumulations of dirt, pollen, dust, or debris after the service, weather conditions, structural issues, material defects, faulty installations, or any situation outside of our control.

All warranty service requests must be reported within the applicable timeframe for the relevant service.
