100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Entretiens GH Pro, we prioritize the quality of our work. If a problem directly related to the service provided is noticed within the time frames listed below, we commit to returning to correct the situation within a reasonable time, at no extra cost, depending on the nature of the service performed.

We offer a 14-day guarantee on gutter drainage, to allow time for the next rain to confirm that the flow is working correctly. If a clog related to our work is noticed during this period, we will return to inspect and correct the situation.

We offer a 7-day guarantee on window cleaning. This period allows the customer to check if any streaks, marks, or oversights caused by our technician remain after the service. If that is the case, we will return to make the necessary corrections.

We offer a 3-year guarantee on roof cleaning. If abnormal regrowth of moss, algae, or other treated debris occurs within this period, and it affects the area treated by our company, we will intervene according to the terms of our guarantee.

We offer a 1-year guarantee on our ALL-IN-ONE exterior coating cleaning service. If an abnormally poor result or an issue directly related to our cleaning reappears within this period on the treated surfaces, we will return to assess the situation and make the necessary corrections when covered by the guarantee. However, the appearance of new spider webs after the service does not qualify for a guarantee call-back. Spider webs may reappear quickly after cleaning, as this is a natural outdoor phenomenon beyond our control. For customers who wish to limit their reappearance, there are specialized anti-spider web treatments that we recommend applying after cleaning.

This guarantee covers only problems directly related to the quality of our work. It does not cover normal wear and tear, new accumulations of dirt, pollen, dust, or debris after the service, weather conditions, structural issues, material defects, faulty installations, or any situation beyond our control.

Any guarantee service request must be submitted within the applicable time frame for the relevant service.
