A single-family home is a residence occupied by a single household, not attached to another property, and typically featuring four exterior walls to clean.

For our service, the single-family home category typically applies to properties of 2,000 square feet or less, with a maximum of one garage.

The home may be constructed with:

  • vinyl siding
  • brick and vinyl
  • or a combination of standard exterior materials

Pricing

If the property exceeds 2,000 square feet or has more than one garage, it may be classified in a different pricing tier.
