Definition of a Semi-Detached Home

A semi-detached home is a property attached to its neighbor’s. In our service context, it is generally a house whose front and back facadesare adjacent to the neighbor’s, with three exterior walls to wash.

A semi-detached home is often made up of:

  • 3 vinyl walls, or
  • 2 vinyl walls and 1 brick wall

Pricing
Washing a semi-detached home is offered at 500 $ + taxes.

Garage surcharge
An extra 50 $ + taxes applies if the semi-detached home includes a garage.

When both neighbors book the wash on the same day, we offer a special rate of 450 $ + taxes per side.

Special neighbor offer
If a neighbor books only the washing of their front facade, we can wash their side for 250 $ + taxes.

Important
We do not offer washing of a single wall in any other situation than this one.

Please note that if your water source comes from a well, additional fees may apply, since cleaning the house may require more time.
