Definition of a Semi-Detached Home

A semi-detached property is a home paired with a neighboring one. For our service, this typically refers to a home whose facades front and rear are adjacent to the neighbor’s, with three exterior walls to wash.

A semi-detached home typically consists of:

  • 3 vinyl walls, or
  • 2 vinyl walls and 1 brick wall

Pricing
Washing a semi-detached home is priced at $500 + taxes.

Garage Surcharge
A surcharge of $50 + taxes applies if the semi-detached property includes a garage.

When both neighbors book a washing on the same day, we offer a special rate of $450 + taxes per side.

Neighbor Special Offer
If a neighbor only books a washing for their front facade, we can clean their side for $250 + taxes.

Important
We do not offer single-wall washing in any other scenario.

Please note that if your water source is a well, additional fees may apply, as cleaning the home may take longer.
