As part of our service, the single-family home category typically refers to a property of 2 000 square feet or less, with a maximum of one garage.

The home can be composed of:

  • brick and vinyl
  • or a combination of standard exterior materials

Pricing

If the property exceeds 2 000 square feet or has more than one garage, it may be classified in a different price tier.
