A duplex is a residential dwelling that typically includes two dwelling units within a single building, and usually features four exterior walls to clean.

For our service offerings, the duplex category is typically priced using the same pricing framework as a comparable single-family home, based on the building’s square footage, exterior layout, and number of garages or carports.

The building can be constructed with:

  • vinyl siding
  • brick and vinyl
  • or a combination of standard exterior materials

Pricing

The cost of a duplex is typically the same rate as a similarly sized single-family home.

If the property is larger, has multiple garages, a carport, or has a custom layout, it may fall into a different pricing tier.

Price: $600–$700 + tax

Please note that if your property is served by a well, additional fees may apply, as cleaning will likely require more time.
