A duplex is a residential property typically consisting of two dwelling units contained within a single building, and usually features four exterior walls to clean.

For our service, the duplex category is typically priced using the same pricing model as a comparable single-family home, based on the building's square footage, exterior layout, and number of garages or carports.

The building can be constructed with:

  • vinyl siding
  • brick and vinyl
  • or a combination of standard exterior materials

Pricing

The cost of a duplex is typically the same rate as a single-family home of comparable size.

If the property is larger, has multiple garages, a carport, or has a special layout, it may be placed in a different price tier.
